Financial Martial Law in Michigan!!?

Believe it or not, financial martial law has already been approved in the house. Governor Rick Snyder is at it again, and this time it's seriously disturbing. How about having financial martial law in Michigan? So what is financial martial law?
It would allow Rick Snyder to declare a "financial emergency" in entire towns and school districts. With the weak finances among many towns and cities in Michigan, this is a distinct possibility. And there are no "official" conditions for a financial emergency. Then Rick would get to hire someone to take charge. Well not only could this be a person, it can be a corporation. Doesn't that sound like fun? This person/corporation would have the power to fire local elected officials, break contracts, seize and sell assets, and eliminate services. If this doesn't sound bad enough, entire cities and school districts can be eliminated whenever this person/corporation feels. Many people in our state haven't heard about this law or can't believe this is true, but trust me it is. It just so happens that public participation and amendments that were created to provide safeguards were voted down. This is SCARY people! This should not be allowed and I believe it raises constitutional concerns. Welcome to the new Michigan.
