The fight for the Michigan Supreme Court

The elections in Michigan this November are going to be critical in shaping the future and direction of Michigan Law. This Election will, in all likelihood, determine whether the law is going to start helping the people of this state, or continue to serve the insurance and other large corporations which already own it.

While most people are concentrating on who will be our next governor, the real battle occurring is the fight for the Michigan Supreme Court.
