Michigan Threshold Test

This is a follow up to a previous blog post concerning the new michigan auto accident law and the new
threshold test. In the previous blog, I explained how this new accident law came into action and briefly discussed how it would effect actual victims. Just in case you missed it, a new threshold test was put into place for accident victims. I feel safe stating that the previous
threshold test was the toughest in the country and was downright unfair. Michigan residents were sustaining injuries that impacted their lives, sometimes putting them out of work or worse. Then the victims were told they had no case and there was no chance of any recovery. Finally, victims with non life threatening or life altering injuries can seek recovery as well! This law applies to all new cases and even previous Michigan auto accident cases. If you were told by another lawyer within the last 3 years (statute of limitation in Michigan for auto accidents) that you had no case, you can now collect your lost expenses! David M. Clark has practiced
Michigan accident law for over 30 years. He knows the intricacies of the law, and can help you.
