David M. Clark first started practicing law in South Carolina. While practicing civil defense work, Mr. Clark was also the City Prosecutor of Lexington, South Carolina. After being exposed to the insurance industry and their tactics for three years, Dave became a Plaintiff's attorney in 1983 when he came to practice in Lansing, Michigan and became part of the law firm of Fowler, Tuttle and Clark. Since that time he has handled cases in over 20 counties in Michigan as well as handling cases in
Ohio, Florida, New York, Texas, and Tennessee.

$2.75 million dollars. The government claimed Mr. Clark's client, who was driving his motorcycle, was drunk, on drugs and speeding at the time the Air Force bus hit Mr. Clark's client. After two years of litigation, a week trial and numerous witnesses and expert witnesses, the Federal Court at the end of the trial was convinced, notwithstanding the resources of the United States Air Force, that Mr. Clark's client was not drunk, and had done nothing wrong. The court entered a judgment against the United States Air Force for their driver's negligence. Dave's client was awarded $2,700,000 and the passenger on the motorcycle was awarded $580,000. David Clark has also handled numerous other auto cases and conducted civil trials against trucking companies and negligent drivers collecting millions for those parties as well. Check our

Matthew R. Clark received his undergraduate Bachelors of Arts Degree in business from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University. Upon graduation, Matt went on to receive his J.D. from Michigan State College of Law. While at Michigan State College of Law he received the Jurisprudence Award in Writing, Research and Advocacy II. Matthew was selected to and participated in the moot court workshop through competing and advancing in the school wide moot court competition. He also graduated with a certificate in the Trial Practice by being chosen and participating in four semesters of training in the Geoffrey Fieger Trial Practice Institute and Michigan State College of Law.
